This committee, based on the organizational strategy, sector trends and corporate behavior, defines the focus of the organization, as a parent company, and defines the guidelines for the finding the goals for each business.

Our philosophy and corporate DNA is based on our vision of sustainability as a framework for our actions and our work plans for each company that make up the group.
